O1 Background and Analytical Needs Analysis
This output is coordinated by Hacı Bayram Veli University (HBVU). The aim is in this output an extensive search specific training requirements of learners which are based on country reports.
Dreamy m -Learning project started with needs and background analyses; each country prepared their own country reports. Country reports included statistical data and for the training needs assessment “practical information” for women that needed for the Dreamy training content.The practical information is related with the women’s potential business. These information were about online local marketplace where they can sell their handicrafts and how they can register their business name in their country; where they can obtain the tax identification number; included list of local address to get licenses and permits; also information about government backed loans, local tax incentives; financial resources opportunities in countries to women who want to start a new business as an e- entrepreneur.
Country reports then are compiled into one single summary report as SOTA and is published as a report and on the web page are available in six languages.

O2 Mobile Application and Web Interface
The technological Infrastructure of Application Interface (Backend, Web front end, and web-service based mobile app) is developed by DANMAR COMPUTERS (Web interface linked the mobile application to m-learning portal which also is based on open source). Mobile application is developed for iphone and android smartphones. Our aim is concentrated on application to deliver the content to the users but at the same time be available on web access web based interface bridging mobile applications to m-learning multi language portal. Today, the web is being accessed more and more on mobile devices. So, this framework can be a support for cross-platform web browsers on mobile devices. Contents are prepared in a way to fit in m-learning with optimized data speeds, thus not take a lot of time to load, also is designed primarily separation of document content, this separation can improve content accessibility, provide more flexibility and control in the specification of presentation characteristics, enable multiple pages to share formatting, and reduce complexity and repetition in the structural content. In the project, mobile application all functionality are completed and tested thus downloadable from Google Play and Apple Store from free platforms.

O3 m-Training Course
m-Training Course is led by HBVU, and supported by the UNIVERZA V LJUBLJANI but all partners also actively participated. Each module included specific learning objectives that serves to handicraft women for using smartphones more effectively in commercial perspectives.The phases included; Pre stage: (November 2017-May 2018) Development of Training content framework and development of New Methodology for Adaptation of e-Training Material to m-Training. At this stage, analyze of instructional design In terms of content the issues such as – course flexibility, quality are performed; perceived usefulness -perceived easy to use etc. are important when using mobile devices and designing the learning environment. Implementation Stage (Curriculum design) (May 2018- September 2018) based on state-of-the-art results, during the middle phases of the project, the production and support and training material, designed to be updated and modified in a sustainable way by the creation of a transnational user group. At this stage, Learning program are tested by IDEC. Once tested the modules and feeding back to the partners results are evaluated and made to modify the products of the project. Upon successful completion of this training, women now have a comprehensive background who will to start up their own micro e- business in digital markets by the most economical way. O4 Dreamy m-Learning Web Portal
This output is led by ORKON. It is built up as the project developed. Complete Web portal is converted into multilanguages containing all projects’ partner languages. www.dreamy-m-learning.org web site is already set-up and in progress with the project.The mobile compatible (mobile friendly) project portal is a key medium for mobile training platform also communication and dissemination activities are used to inform partners and other relevant stakeholders about ongoing activities and as a download centre for relevant documents and modules. Web portal consists of a user-friendly system with a simple, and functional infrastructure. Thanks to platform, it managed all of the processes associated with running training courses, and are applicable at the open platform. Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter & other social networking sites are established and these links are given at this website.
